PROPERTY

Owned Property

Create an item for your home or other property that you own.

In the Leasing section of the workflow, you can add details of tenants and relevant documents if you own a buy-to-let property.

In the Contacts section of the workflow you can add the details of important contacts such as utilities and service providers, such as your plumber and handyman.

In the Related Items section of the workflow, you can select related items that you have created in other categories, such as home insurance in the Insurance Category and a mortgage in the Finance category. Linking items allows you to easily navigate to related items in other categories.

Rented Property

If you're a tenant in a rented property, you can create a Rented Real Estate item so that you can store details of your lease in the item summary along with your lease documents.

You can also add utilities and service providers in the Contacts section of the item summary for easy access.

Vehicles

If you own or lease a car , you can create a Vehicle item in the property category to organise important vehicle documents and information, such as your registration number along with your lease or ownership documents and registration documents. Add important contacts such as your mechanic or car dealer to have everything in one place in case of an insurance claim or emergency.

Linking your vehicle to your car insurance item in your Insurance category will give you quick access to all of the relevant information in the event of an insurance claim.

You can also keep track of your maintenance records and add pictures to record your car's condition for insurance purposes.

Other
