PROPERTY 

Property: Owned Real Estate

Create an item for your home or other real estate that you own. 


In the Leasing section of the workflow, you can add details of tenants and relevant documents if you own a rental property. 


In the Contacts section of the workflow you can add the details of important contacts such as utilities companies and service providers, such as your plumber and handyman. 


In the Linked items section of the workflow, you can select related items that you have created in other categories, which as home insurance in the Insurance Category, a mortgage in the Finance category and property taxes in the Taxes category. Linking items allows you to easily navigate to related items in other categories. 

Property: Rented Real Estate

If you're a tenant in a rented property, you can create a Rented Real Estate item so that you can store details of your lease in the item summary along with your lease documents. 


You can also keep track of utilities and service providers in the Contacts section of the item summary. 

Vehicle 

If you own or lease a vehicle, you can create a Vehicle item in the property category to organize important vehicle documents and information, such as your registration number along with your lease or ownership documents and registration documents. Add important contacts such as your mechanic or car dealer to have everything in one place in case of an insurance claim or emergency. 


Linking your vehicle to your car insurance item in your Insurance category will give you quick access to all of the relevant information in the event of an insurance claim.  

You can also keep track of your vehicle maintenance records and add pictures to record the vehicles condition for insurance and estate purposes.

Other 

Create items to keep records of other property such as a car, jewelry, musical instruments and other property. 


You can keep track of maintenance records and add pictures to the items you create to record the item's condition.
