You can add and manage collaborators in the settings menu. Collaboration with trusted individuals, such as a professional adviser or spouse, is an essential way to make the most of Stronghold.
You can select the individual records that each collaborator has access to and chose whether collaborators have "full access" or "read only" access to the records that you have given them access to. Full access provides collaborators with the same access as the account owner to view, add, and delete the details of any of the items in the account owner's stronghold. Read only access only allows collaborators to view records. All collaborators can download files that you have uploaded to your records.
Collaborators cannot add or remove other collaborators and cannot change the account owner's access to their Stronghold. All collaborators must have a free Stronghold account. Only add collaborators you know and trust.
If you are setting up your Stronghold for your family, you can add your spouse as an all-access collaborator to ensure that your spouse has access to your family's Stronghold, even if you're not available.
Switching between your Stronghold and other Strongholds that you collaborate on is easy and keeps information and documents organized. You can go from your Stronghold to any other Stronghold that you collaborate on through the drop down menu in the top right where your name is shown (or your initials if you're using Stronghold on a phone).
