In your Insurance category, you can create a new item for each insurance policy that you have. 

To keep track of insurance claims that you've made under a policy add photos or copies of claim forms and relevant documents.

Link each insurance policy to the family members that they relate to (or cover), and the items that they cover, which will often be in the Property (for real estate and valuables) and Health categories (for medication lists and medical histories).
