Silver Surfers - Tech Support for Loved Ones: Recognizing that technology can sometimes be a bit overwhelming, we're launching a dedicated tech support service to help with technology issues outside of Stronghold. This service is aimed at helping our older users and supporting those who are helping aging family members.  Whether it's a question about how to set up a Netflix account or troubleshooting a tablet that just won’t turn on, we’re just an email away to help you or your loved one through common technology roadblocks. This is a separate service from our Stronghold customer support which is always available to all users to answer questions about Stronghold at support@mystronghold.co.    


POA Pal - Support for Powers of Attorney: Managing responsibilities as a power of attorney can be demanding. That’s why we’ve created a support system tailored specifically for our users who are also powers of attorney for their loved ones. We’re just an email away to support you with troubleshooting, administrative guidance, templates, tips and useful information.
